Class Schedule

The times are likely to change a little as we find out what times work best for our members, and us, but for now we are planning on the following:

 

CrossFit Bluefield
Monday - Thursday 5:45am *8:30am 12pm 5:15pm 6:30pm  
Friday All regular day classes. Evening 5:15pm ONLY
M-Th Specialty Classes
**Saturday Time may vary slightly so check Facebook. Usually 10am

*The Bluefield 8:30am time is a women's only class.

**Open gym time.  Coaches may be doing our WOD, so little if no coaching.

 

CrossFit On-Ramp Course

At CrossFit Bluefield the On-ramp course is how you start off on the right path to reach your goals.  Members new to CrossFit will be required to take the course.  Personally coached by one of our certified CrossFit level-1 trainers and delivered in small group sessions no larger than 3-5 athletes, the On-ramp course is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful!  For your convenience the On-ramp course is included in all the monthly and contract rates.
